摘要
以牡丹籽粕为原料,对碱提酸沉法提取其蛋白的工艺条件进行优化,并对沉降蛋白质的等电点进行分析。研究结果表明,提取牡丹籽粕蛋白的最佳工艺参数为pH 11、提取时间100min、提取温度55℃、料液比1∶20(m∶V),蛋白提取率可达86.77%;牡丹籽粕蛋白质的等电点为pH 4.0,其沉淀率最高可达94.55%。
Using the peony seed dreg as the raw material, alkali extraction and acid precipitation was proposed for extraction of protein from peony seed dreg and the isoelectric point of the settlement of protein was analyzed. The optimal preparation conditions of the protein were as follows., alkali extraction at pH 11 for 100 min, extraction temperature 55 ℃ and solid-liquid ratio 1 : 20(m : V). Under these conditions, the yield of protein was 86. 77%. Its isoelectric point was 4.0 and the sedimentation rates reached to 94.55%.
