Sintering flue gas desulfuration process optimization of Baosteel No.2 sintering plant and its operation practice

简要介绍了石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫技术的工艺原理及系统。该技术其自2008年在宝钢烧结投入使用以来,在后续运行过程中相继对CWMS、冷却器、吸收塔、浆液供给及排出装置等进行了改进,并对系统操作进行了优化。这些优化改进措施取得了显著效果,进一步推进了烧结工序减排。

The process principle and its system of flue gas desulfurization with limestone-gypsum method are introduced briefly. Since application of the technology in Baosteel sintering plant in 2008,improvements have been made for CWMS, cooling device, absorbing tower and slurry feeding ＆ discharge device during the follow-up running, and the system operation has been optimized. These optimization and improvement measures have remarkable effects and have promoted the sintering process emission reduction.
