自身免疫性疾病与病理妊娠 被引量：10

摘要 妊娠合并自身免疫性疾病（autoimmune disease，AID）已不少见。随着免疫学进展，许多疾病相继被列为AID。在妊娠期和产后由于激素水平变化，部分AID患者病情往往会加重或复发，或使不典型病例显性化。因此，对AID患者若在妊娠前、妊娠期无相应处理，往往会与不良妊娠结局相联系。
