摘要 针对当前压电式送料器驱动器输出正弦波波形不稳定与发热严重问题,设计了一款基于ARM单片机控制的压电式送料器驱动系统。采用性价比高的32位ARM系列STM32F103单片机,利用自身互补引脚生成SPWM调节频率和DAC调节幅值,达到输出频率与幅值可调的正弦波,其频率可达400Hz,频率分辨率达0.1Hz,驱动电压幅值可达220V。该系统具有软硬件保护、人机交互、键盘锁定以及掉电存储功能。实验结果表明,该系统输出波形稳定平滑,发热量少,确保压电式送料器长时间稳定工作。 To solve the problems of the unstable output sinusoidal wave and serious heating,a piezoelectric feeder drive system based on ARM microcontroller was proposed by using a cost-effective SCM named STM32F103 with 32-bit microcontroller processing speed among ARM series.The SCM could generate SPWM to adjust the frequency by its own complementary pins,and adjust the amplitude through DAC,for outputting adjustable frequency and amplitude sine wave.The frequency could be up to 400 Hz,and its resolution is 0.1 Hz.The driving voltage amplitude could be up to 220 V.The system had hardware and software protection,the human-machine interaction,key lock and off-power storage function.Numbers of experimental evidences indicated that the output waveform in the system was stable and smooth.Furthermore,the characteristic of less heat can make the piezoelectric feeder work stably for a long time.
