摘要
按投产时间顺序叙述了近50年连轧管机组芯棒运行方式的演变历程,简要介绍了从浮动芯棒到限动芯棒各种芯棒运行方式的特点与不足;推测了使用齿条控制芯棒运行方法的缘由;期望新科技进步为中国无缝钢管生产技术的发展带来全新机遇。
The evolution of mandrel moving mechanism in mandrel pipe mill over the past 50 years is presented in chronological order according to mill startup time. Briefly described are the characteristics and shortcomings of different mandrel moving mechanisms from floating mandrel to retained mandrel. The reason of using rack in mandrel moving control is estimated. It is expected that the progress of new science and technology will open up new opportunities for the development of China' s seamless steel pipe production technology.
