摘要
分析了注水开发井套管损坏的特点;提出了解决注水开发井套管损坏的主要途径,即开发并合理选用高抗挤套管。选择高抗挤套管的具体方案是:对于2000m以内的浅井,既可以考虑在油层井段、注水裂缝地层段和油层以上的上覆岩层压力地层段使用抗挤油层套管,也可以考虑通井使用;对于3000~4500m的中深井,分为油层套管井段和各种岩层的封固段两种情况进行选择;对于5000-8000m的深井、超深井,分为油层套管井段、各种复杂地层的封固段、尾管段以及超深井多层套管柱4种情况进行选择。
Analyzed are the characteristics staying with damaging of casings used in the water-flooding development well. Based on the analysis, it is pointed out that the key approach to solving the problem of such damaging is developing and properly selecting high anti-collapse casings. Moreover, proposal for specifically selecting high anti-collapse casings is put forward as follows. For shallow wells with depth under 2 000 m, anti-collapse production casings are considered to be used for the reservoir section, water-flooding crack stratum section, and overburden pressure stratum section above the reservoir, or be used through out the entire well; for medium-deep wells with depth ranging as 3 000-4 500 m, selection of casings can be done according to the two major conditions, i.e., production casing well section and various stratum cementing sections; and for deep and extra-deep wells with depth ranging as 5 000-8 000 m, the selection can be made as per the four conditions, i.e., production casing well section, various complex stratum cementing sections, tail casing section, and multi-layer casing strings in extradeep wells.
