后路小切口微创分期技术在脊柱侧凸矫形中的临床应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对后路小切口微创分期技术在脊柱侧凸矫形中的临床应用进行研究。方法选取2009年3月-2012年3月在阿克苏地区维吾尔医医院门诊就诊的脊柱侧凸患者120例,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例。实验组采用后路小切口微创分期技术进行手术,对照组采用传统切口技术进行手术。对2种手术方法在脊柱侧凸矫形中的临床疗效及手术各种参数、并发症发生率进行比较。结果实验组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为83.3%,实验组优于对照组(χ2=4.201,P<0.05);实验组术后手术时间、出血量、住院时间和并发症发生率与对照组比较,均具有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论后路小切口微创分期技术在脊柱侧凸矫形中较传统切口手术有明显的优势,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To research the clinical application of posterior minimally invasive mini-incision staging technology to scoliosis orthopedics. Method To select 120 patients of scoliosis orthopedics who have visited the Hospital of Uygur Medicine of Aksu District from March 2009 to March 2012, and divide them into experiment group and comparison group at random each having 60 patients. The former received surgeries by means of the posterior minimally invasive mini-incision staging technology, while the latter were operated upon with traditional incision technology. The clinical effects of scoliosis orthopedics and occurrences of the various pa- rameters of the surgeries and complications of the two surgical methods were compared. Results The overall rate of effectuality of the experiment group was 93.3%, which was superior to that of the comparison group at 83.3% (Z2:4.201,P〈0.05). The experiment group was also markedly superior to the comparison group in terms of the factors such as the length of surgery, amount of bleeding, duration of hospitalization, and the incidence rate of complications (P〈0.05). Conclusion The posterior minimally invasive mini-incision staging technology is patently superior to the traditional incision technology in the area of scoliosis orthopedics, and has a high value in clinical applications.
