咽(喉)源性咳嗽的中医药研究概况

The Traditional Chinese Medicine Based Study of Pharynx or Larynx Originated Coughing

对近年来各医家应用中医药治疗咽(喉)源性咳嗽的进展进行综述,对咽(喉)源性咳嗽的中医病因病机和辨证论治的相关认识进行了全面阐述,并对特色专方、中药成药及特色疗法进行梳理,阐明临床用药时需结合具体的情况灵活辨证施治,并指出了中医药治疗的不足之处。

This thesis intends to present an overall discussion of the developments in the treatment of pharynx or larynx originated coughing with traditional Chinese medicine by different medical units in recent years, expound comprehensively on the relevant understandings of causative factors and mechanism of pharynx or larynx originated coughing as well as dialectical discussions about the treatment, and sort out prescriptions of specialty, Chinese herbal medicines, and therapies of specialty. It is the view elaborated in the thesis that a flexible and dialectical treatment ought to he applied to clinical practice in consideration of specific circumstances, and the shortcomings of the traditional Chinese medical treatment are also discussed.
