摘要
采用甲基氯硅烷和苯基氯硅烷合成了一系列不同R/Si的甲基苯基硅树脂,并研究了不同R/Si结构对硅树脂弯曲性能的影响.红外和热重分析结果表明,制备的有机硅树脂为含羟基的甲基苯基硅树脂,具有很好的耐热稳定性.固化后得到的有机硅树脂材料,其弯曲性能随着R/Si的增大呈轻微的提高后有明显的降低,当R/Si为1.2时其弯曲强度达到最大,约为22MPa.基于对材料断裂形貌的观察和分析,文章讨论了硅树脂断裂行为的差异及其与弯曲性能的关系.
A series of methylphenyl silicone resin with different R/Si ratios were synthesized by using methyl chlorosilane and phenyl chlorosilane as the materials ,and the effects of different R/Si ratios on the flexural properties of silicon resin were investigated .The FT‐IR and TGA results indicate that the produced resin is methylphenyl silicone resin containing the hydroxyl group ,showing good thermal stability .Along with the increase of R/Si ratio ,the flexural properties of cured silicone resin slightly increases then significantly decreases .The silicone resin with R/Si ratio of 1 .2 presents the maximum flexural strength of about 22 M Pa .Basing on the observation and analysis of fracture surface ,the paper discusses the differences in the fracture behaviors of silicone resin and the relations correlated with the flexural properties .
