小儿复方地芬诺酯中毒的临床分析

Clinical analysis of lomotil overdosage in children

复方地芬诺酯是目前应用较广泛的小儿非特异性止泻药,但副作用大,小儿中毒报道较多。本文就国内近5年来报道的中毒病例,对复方地芬诺酯中毒的临床表现、诊断、治疗及中毒原因和临床应用价值进行了综述性评价。

Lomotil is often practiced as a nonspecific antidiarrheal agent in children. There were many clinical reports abuut overdose in infanl and child. This paper reviewed poisoning cases of loraolil reported internal in recent 5 years, and made an analysis about clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatments and the causes of lomotil overdose.
