GnRH-a在子宫内膜异位症手术患者中的应用效果与安全性研究

Effects and safety of GnRH-a in endometriosis patients undergoing endometriosis

目的：研究促性腺素释放激素激动剂（GnRH-a）在子宫内膜异位症手术患者中的应用效果与安全性。方法：选取本院收治的74例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象，将74例患者随机分为对照组（常规手术治疗加孕三烯酮组）37例和观察组（常规手术治疗加GnRH-a组）37例，然后将两组中Ⅰ-Ⅱ期和Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者的完全缓解率、复发率、不良反应发生率及治疗前后的血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤相关因子抗原125（CA125）含量与阳性率进行比较。结果：观察组Ⅰ～Ⅱ期和Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者的完全缓解率高于对照组，复发率、不良反应发生率则低于对照组，血清hs-CRP、CAl25含量与阳性率均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：GnRH-a在子宫内膜异位症手术患者中的应用效果较好，安全性也较高。

Objective. To study and investigate the effects and safety of GnRH-a in endometriosis patients undergoing endometriosis. Methods ： A total of 74 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospi- tal were selected and randomly divided into control group（conventional operation treatment plus gestrinone group, n=37 cases） and observation group（conventional operation treatment plus GnRH-a group, n=37 cases） ,then the complete remission rate,relapse rate and adverse reaction rate of stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ patients,serum content and positive rate of hs-CRP and CA125 before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results： The complete remission rates of observation group （stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ patients） were higher than those of control group,relapse rateand adverse reaction rate were lower than those of control group,serum content and positive rate of hs-CRP and CA125 were lower than those of control group too （ P all 〈0.05）. Conclusion：With great safety, GnRH-a shows good effects on endometriosis patients who underwent operation .
