循证护理模式在心脏介入术患者围术期中的应用价值

Value of evidence-based nursing mode in patients with cardiac interventional therapy during perioperative period

目的:探讨循证护理模式在心脏介入术患者围术期中的应用价值。方法:选取于本院进行心脏介入术的112例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组接受常规的护理,观察组则接受循证护理,然后将两组并发症发生率、满意率及护理前后呼吸、血压、心率、POMS评分、PSQI评分进行比较。结果:观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,满意率高于对照组,而POMS评分、PSQI评分、SF-36评分各因子均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理模式在心脏介入术患者围术期中的应用价值较高,可改善患者的心理及生理方面的状态。

Objective： To investigate the value of evidence-based nursing mode in patients with car- diac interventional therapy during perioperative period. Methods.112 patients treated with cardiac interven- tional therapy in our hospital from August 2009 to October 2011 were selected as research object,and they were divided into control group and observation group with 56 cases in each group according to random number table, the control group were given routine nursing and the observation group were given evidence- based nursing, then the incidence of complications, satisfaction rate and respiratory rate , blood pressure, heart rate,POMS score,PSQI scor before and after the nursing of two groups were compared. Results：The incidence of complications was lower, satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that of control group. Respiratory rate, blood pressure, heart rate and all factors of POMS score, PSQI score of the observation group were all better than those of control group （P all〈0.05）. Conclusion. The applica- tion value of evidence-based nursing mode in patients with cardiac interventional therapy during periopera- tive period is higher,and it can significantly improve the physiological and mental state of patients.
