摘要
以低活度钛矿渣为原材料,制备出容重为700kg/m3的加气混凝土,同时以不同原材料掺量对加气混凝土强度的影响进行了研究,研究表明,添加NaOH能提高钛矿渣的活性,提高矿渣中SiO2在高温下的溶解度,从而提高试体抗压强度;加气混凝土的强度随着石灰掺量的增加而增大,掺量为25%时,前期有较高的强度,对后期强度影响较小;钛矿渣掺量在低于20%时,加气混凝土随钛矿渣的掺量增加而增大,但钛矿渣掺量不宜超过20%。
The aerated concrete with 700kg/m3 bulk density prepared using a low activity titanium slag as raw materi-al, and the effect of different raw material content on the strength of aerated concrete was studied. The result shows that the titanium slag activation can be activated by adding NaOH, and the solubility of SiO2 at high temperatures increase with increasing the NaOH content. Aerated concrete strength increase with increasing lime content, when the content is 25%, the early strength of concrete is higher, but it has little effect on the later strength; when the titanium slag ash content is less than 20%, aerated concrete strength increase with the increasing the itanium slag ash content, but the content should not exceed 20%.
