摘要
针对GD,BE等主流卷烟包装机缺少散包烟盒的检测和剔除功能的问题,基于疑似目标区域判定方法设计开发出一套检测装置:通过对烟盒表面进行高度测定,对检测信息进行模拟信息动态计算,进而实现对卷烟产品质量的判断.该检测装置安装简单,调整方便,性能可靠,可有效减少因机械振动造成的误检,提高卷烟包装质量.
Aiming at the problem of GD,BE and other mainstream cigarette packaging machines missing the function of defect detection and defect elimination,a set of detection device was designed based on judgment method of suspected target region. By measuring height of the cigarette case surface and simulation information dynamic calculation of detection information,and the cigarette products quality judgment was realized. The detection device had the advantages of simple installation,convenient adjustment,reliable performance. It could effectively reduce the false detection caused by the mechanical vibration and effectively improve the quality of cigarette packaging.
