双工位真空精炼系统旋转弯管的开发与应用

摘要 在真空排气系统的设计中,双工位切换设备——小车式水平移动弯管经常因厂房空间小、工艺复杂、物料运输困难等因素而无法布置,严重影响了整个钢水精炼装置的顺利实现。为根本解决这个问题,中国重型机械研究院股份公司研发了一种新型小车式旋转弯管系统,该系统具有运行平稳、工位切换快、定位准确、占据空间小、易于布置的优点,对于钢厂类似项目的决策具有重要现实意义;对于设计单位布置方案的选择,具有重要参考价值。该设备已应用于国内某钢厂120 t RH真空精炼装置,取得了良好的效果。 In the design of the vacuum degassing system,the device for changeover between two stations-cartlike horizontally-rotating elbow pipe is difficult to arrange,due to such factors as limited workshop space,complicated production process and difficulty of transport. This seriously affects the smooth operation of the entire melted steel refining device. In order to completely solve the problem,a cart-like rotating elbow pipe system has been developed. The system has such advantages as stable operation,rapid changeover between stations,accurate alignment,small occupied area,and easy arrangement. The system is of high value for the decision-making in similar projects in any steel making plant. Furthermore,for the layout designer,the system serves as an important reference. The system has been used in the 120 t RH vacuum refining system in a steel-making plant in China,and the results are excellent.
