摘要
结合激光表面处理技术和"局部工程"的概念,采用局部激光表面处理方法对7075铝合金进行激光表面处理,以期得到合适的残余应力场,提高7075铝合金的疲劳性能。并结合有限元技术,基于ANSYS计算软件,对激光表面处理过程进行了模拟计算,得到了不同激光处理工艺下的残余应力场分布。
In order to get a suitable residual stress field and improve the fatigue properties of 7075 aluminum alloy,local laser surface treatment technology has been used in 7075 aluminum alloy which is based on the concept of"local engineering"and the laser surface treatment technology. In this paper,through simulation and calculation of laser surface treatment process with finite element technology,it obtained distribution of residual stress field under different laser treatment process.
