摘要
以某铝厂冷轧卷取机卷筒轴为研究对象,运用ANSYS有限元软件建立卷筒及带卷的计算模型,计算其在不同载荷条件下的振动特性,求解得到卷筒轴的固有频率,从而可以得到卷筒轴的临界转速。依据临界转速规定了转速危险区,进而确定出了合理最高卷取速度。最终得出结论应根据卷筒轴空载时的最高工作转速来确定卷取机工作最高卷取速度。
Coiler is a very important equipment in the aluminum cold rolling production line. Taken the aluminum cold rolling coiler axis as the research object,established the calculation model by using ANSYS software,and calculated the vibration characteristics under different loading conditions,as a result the natural frequency and the critical speed was obtained. The final conclusion is maximum speed should base on the natural frequency of unloading condition.
