基于Adams的三项并联式内平动减速器的动力学分析

摘要 三项并联式内平动减速器是一种新型的减速器,介绍了减速器的工作原理,对其进行数学建模和分析,并且通过Pro/E软件对其建立实体模型,导入到Adams软件中,利用Adams自带的Postprocessor模块进行后处理分析,仿真结果表明该减速器齿间啮合力成简谐变化,且变化趋于平稳;支撑轴与齿轮接触力,总体上成简谐变化;主轴和齿轮的接触力随时间变化;偏心套在一个周期内的受力不够均匀,应选择硬度和耐磨性较好地材料;主轴转动角速度比支撑轴角速度变化小,两速度平均值相同;主轴与输出轴之间的力变化平稳。 Three parallel translational reducer is a new type of reducer. Its principle has been introduced,this paper established a mathematical model and analyzed the gear reducer,imported entity model through the Pro /E software into Adams. Using Adams Postprocessor module for post-processing analysis,simulation result shows that the meshing force of the reducer tooth varied as a simple harmonic change and tends to be stable.The contact force of support shaft and gear also varied as a simple harmonic change. The spindle and gear contact force changes over time. In a cycle,The eccentric sleeve stress is not homogeneous. Resistance with better hardness and abrasion should be considered. The change of spindle angular velocity is smaller than that of support shaft,but the average of them is same. The contact force between spindle and output shaft is stable.
