摘要
设计了一种适用低铁损、高磁感硅钢的新型薄板碎边剪。文中对剪刃曲率及曲线进行了研究,根据剪切传动机构的布置方式推导出了倾斜剪刃碎边剪剪刃的曲线及曲率半径,并简化其曲线为圆弧,确定其圆弧半径值,介绍了圆弧曲线的加工方法。为新型薄带碎边剪的设计及加工提供理论基础。
A new scrap cutter,used to cut thin silicon steel with high magnetic induction and low iron loss,is designed. In this paper,the curvature and curve of shear blade is studied. According to the arrangement of shear actuator,the radius of curvature and curve of the oblique shear blade which is used in scrap cutter is derived,and the curve is simplified to an arc with the arc radius value is determined. The processing method of the circular curve is introduced. The basic theories provided a theoretical basis for the design of the new thin steel strip scrap cutter and processing.
