Revamping on dedusting system of stainless steel plate offline cutting machine

在切割不锈钢过程中,会产生大量的烟尘,原来的除尘系统不仅除尘效果差,且除尘罩压在切割机上,使切割机行走不平稳,再加上大量的烟尘干扰操作工视线,影响连铸坯的切缝质量。针对上述问题,分析了原因,制订了对策,设计、制做了带车轮的除尘罩,改造了除尘管道,取得了较好的除尘效果。

Dedusting effect of the original installation is unsatisfied. It brings a large amount of dust,disturbing over the visibility of the operators and cutting quality,causing cutting machine could not move stably. Reasons causing these problems have been analyzed,measures have been made,and then a new type of dedusting cover with fixed wheels has been designed and set,which transformed the dedusting pipeline and yield better dedusting result.
