棕色扁海绵化学成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of the sponge phakellia fusca thiele

采用多种层析手段 ,从采自西沙群岛永兴岛的棕色海绵 Phakellia fusca Thiele中分得 10个化合物 ,应用多种光谱技术测定了其中 4个化合物的结构 ,分别为 :尿嘧啶 ( ) ,aldisin( ) ,(10 Z) - debromo axinohy-dantoin( ) ,(10 Z) - axinohydantoin( )。其中有一环七肽类化合物 ,采用 6 0 0 MHz的核磁共振技术测定该化合物的平面结构 。

When screening the in vitro cytotoxic activity of the extract of marine subordinate animal, We found the phakellia fusca Thiele, an orange fused flake type sponge with a yellowish interior (collected in the YongXing island of Xisha), is cytotoxic against HL 60 cell line (IC 50 =17μg·mL -1 ). Ten compounds were isolated from this specimen. Four of them were identified by analyzing the spectral date of MS, 1HNMR and 13 CNMR as: uracil(Ⅰ), aldisin(Ⅱ), (10Z) debromo axinohydantoin(Ⅲ), (10Z) axinohydantoin(Ⅳ).
