中药地黄中抗化学性肝损伤的活性成分研究 被引量:5

摘要 中药药效物质基础的研究是近年来中药研究的热点领域之一。以HL-7702肝细胞构建肝细胞膜色谱,并运用到地黄抗化学性肝损伤的活性成分研究。首次发现地黄中的麦角甾苷和吉奥诺苷B1能与肝细胞结合,进一步证实这两个化合物对H2O2诱导肝细胞损伤具有一定的保护作用,是地黄中抗化学性肝损伤的活性成分。 To screen effective principles from Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch, a method named hepatocyte membrane chromatography combined with HPLC was establish in this study. The results indicated that three characteristic active compounds in the root of R. glutinosa extract binded to the hepatocytes. Two of them were identified as aeteoside and jionoside B1 by HPLC analysis. The acteoside and jionoside B1have showed the hepato-protective activity in the H2O2 induced liver injury experiments.
