摘要
为进一步研究乌贼墨对免疫功能的刺激作用 ,本文采用 ELISA技术和生物活性测定技术分别检测了经乌贼墨灌胃后小鼠血清中的 IFN- γ的水平和 L AK细胞活性的变化。结果显示 ,实验组小鼠 IFN- γ的水平于乌贼墨灌胃后 2 4 h开始升高 ,4 8h达高峰 ,72 h降至正常水平。L AK细胞杀伤活性也有明显增强 ,与对照组小鼠相比 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。
To investigate the effects of sepia on immunologic functions,the levels of IFN γ in sera of mice stimulated with sepia were determined by ELISA.In addition,the killing tumor activity in vitro of LAK cells was evaluated with biological method.The results showed that the level of IFN γ in the test groups began to increase at 24h after administration by oral,and the peak value appeared at 48h,and after 72h the level of IFN γ became normal.There was significant difference between the test and control groups in the killing activity of LAK cells( P <0.01).It was demonstrated further that sepia could induce the production of various cytokines and enhance the activity of immunocompetent cells.
