成人甲状腺容积的B超检测

The thyroid content measured with B ultrasound in adults

目的 了解成人甲状腺容积。方法 采用 SAL - 32 B型 B超机测定 5 0 4名正常成人的甲状腺容积 ,分别按左叶、右叶和峡部计算 ,相加得总容积。用 SPSS软件处理数据。结果 B超所检测的成人甲状腺容积均数为 (12 .97± 0 .2 2 ) m l,中位数为 12 .0 6 m l,众数为 11.0 5 m l,略呈正偏态分布 ;其中左叶均数为 6 .47ml,右叶为6 .49m l,相互对称。同时检出甲状腺病 19例 ,检出率为 3.77%。结论 用 B超可观察正常成人的甲状腺容积 ,同时也能检测出甲状腺疾病 ,可供门诊医生参考 ,也有益于预防。

Objective To measure the content of thyroid gland in adults.Methods During 1997-2000 504 adult cases in normal situation of health had been detected of their thyroid gland content,at the same time two parts of thyroid gland in left and right are detected separately;the data are treated with the soft files of SPSS.Results The contents of thyroid gland in adults are:the mean is 12.97 ml,the median is 12.06 ml,the mode is 11.05 ml and the distribution of the detected data is a light positive skewness mode;and among which the mean content of left lobe is 6.47 ml and the right is 6.49 ml,so the thyroid gland of adults just is a symmetric body;and at the same time 19 cases of thyroid gland disease are found out,the prevalene rate is 3.77%.Conclusions In this paper the thyroid gland content of adults was estimated on and the prevalence rate of thyroid gland disease was also estimated on;the authors think that these materials may be useful for any doctor working at the public health departments.
