天然气过滤器反冲洗技术探讨

我国天然气中粉尘含量较高,经常影响生产设备的使用,急需研究高效反冲洗技术。研究适合天然气过滤的设备,具有非常大的经济效益。目前反冲洗技术在制药、纯净水生产等领域使用很广泛,使用效果非常好,但是国内外都还没有研究出适合天然气领域的反冲洗技术。根据其它行业反冲洗技术的经验,对天然气反冲洗过滤器的设计提出两点建议:在天然气领域反冲洗技术只适合立式过滤器,滤管要使用采用不锈钢密纹网过滤管和膜分离滤管。

Domestic dust content was higher in natural gas and often affected production equipment , so backwash technology was in urgent need.Effective backwash technology was suitable for natural gas filtration equipment with a very large economic benefit.The backwash technology was widely used in the areas of medicine , pure water production and so on, and application effect was very good.But backwash technology which was suitable for natural gas was not invented at home and abroad.Based on the experience of other industries , two suggestions were put forward for the design of the gas filter backwash technology of backwash technology in the field of natural gas was only suitable for vertical filter , and filter tubes should use stainless steel dense mesh filter tube and membrane separation filter tubes.
