摘要
药物是人类防病治病的重要物质 ,药物应用评价将提高用药水平 ,并决定着药物治疗的最终结果。本文通过简要介绍药物应用评价的基本概念、发展过程、被评价药品的选择和药物评价的方法 ,指出国内药物应用评价的现状、存在的问题及应采取的措施 ,进一步说明应用循证医学模式进行药物应用评价的意义。
Drug is very important for prevention and treatment of diseases.Medication-use Evaluation can improve the clinical curative effect and make the therapeutic outcome differently.This paper gave a brief introduction of the basic concept and the method of drug evaluation,it's also pointed out the present situation and existing problem which we apply the method in China,in the meanwhile,it suggested show the way how to start to carry out the drug evaluation at present.
