New construction of the rural areas is new model of rural further development in new period. The paper was analyzed and researched from the necessity of construction of new rural community, basic structure and working status, and put forward new countermeasures and suggestions how to construct the new rural community in Shanxi province, which played a good role in promoting the development of new rural community construction in Shanxi Province.
