通过对企业科协组织地位和作用的认识,提出企业科协作为科技进步的重要社会力量,对增强全民创新意识,提高全民创新能力具有不可替代的地位和作用。提出加强企业科协建设的对策。

Through understanding of position and role of association for science and technology organization, association for science and technology of enterprises was put forward as an important social force of science and technology progress which had an irreplaceable position and role of enhancing innovation consciousness and improving innovation ability. Finally, the author pointed out countermeasures of strengthening construction of association for science and technology of enterprises.
