东莨菪碱消除吗啡所致条件位置偏爱的形成

Scopolamine Blocks the Formation of Morphine-induced Conditioned Place Preference

目的 :研究记忆损害对条件位置偏爱的影响。方法 :2 0只小鼠随机分为 2组 ,一组给予吗啡 (9mg/kg,s.c .) ,并随机与条件位置偏爱箱的黑箱或白箱搭配 2 0分钟 ,8小时后给予等量生理盐水 ,与另一箱体搭配同样时间。另一组在给予吗啡前 2 0分钟给予注射东莨菪碱 (2mg/kg,i.p .) ,其余同第一组。训练 5天 ,第 6天进行位置偏爱检测 ,以头部位置为准记录小鼠在黑白箱体内停留的时间。结果 :吗啡组的小鼠在药物搭配箱体内停留的时间显著长于在另一侧箱体内停留的时间 ,吗啡加东莨菪碱组的小鼠在两侧箱体内停留的时间无显著差异。结论 :东莨菪碱能消除条件位置偏爱的形成。

Objective:To study the effect of scopolamine on the formation of conditioned place preference.Methods:20 mice were randomly divided into 2 groups:morphine group and morphine + scopolamine.The first group received morphine 9mg/kg,sc,and were paired randomly with black or white box of the apparatus of conditioned place preference for 20min,and 8hr later,they were received saline of the same amount and paired with the other box for the same time.The second group received scopolamine 2mg/kg,i.p.20min prior to morphine,other procedures are all the same.After 5 days of training,the test of conditioned place preference was performed,and the time spent in each of the box was recorded for each mouse.Results:The time spent in drug-paired box were longer for the morphine group,but there were no significant differences in the time spent in each of the box for the morphine plus scopolamine group.Conclusion:Scopolamine can block morphine-induced conditioned place preference.
