German's Cultural Policy towards China under “World's Policy”

摘要德国对华文化政策的出现是同德国的"世界政策"紧密结合在一起的,在武力侵华过程中,德国殖民者便认识到了通过文化手段对中国施加影响的重要性。摩洛哥危机的爆发更坚定了德国统治者推行对外文化政策的决心,他们把中国选取为推行这一政策的首要目标。至第一次世界大战爆发前夕,德国推行对华文化政策的中心机构已经形成。 The appearance of German＇s cultural policy towards China is closely integrated with its ＂World Policy＂. During military aggression against China, the German colonists recognized the importance by means of culture exerting. Moroccan crisis eruption more sustained the German rulers＇determination about foreign cultural policy, they selected China as the primary goal for the implementation of this policy. To the eve of the outbreak of World War I, the German＇s central authority to implement cultural policy towards China has been formed.
