F11井是中石化部署在伊朗雅达区块最南端的边缘预探直井,完钻井深为4 310 m,主要目的层位为Fahliyan。不同于雅达区块其他直井,F11井多套地层裂缝发育严重,Gadvan水敏性强,Fahliyan油气层异常活跃,导致在该井施工过程中,经历了卡钻、卡套管、井漏、井涌等各种钻井复杂情况,经过长达168 d的钻井施工,以降低钻井成本、安全钻进为目的,处理上述各种复杂情况,完成了该井的施工。完井后投产日产油850 m3/d。
Well F11 is an extension well drilled in the southmost of Block Yadar in Iran. F11 has a completion depth of 4,310 m, with the Fahliyan being the main reservoir formation. Unlike other vertical wells drilled in Yadar, Well F11 penetrated several seriously fractured formations. The Gadvan Formation is strongly water sensitive and oil and gas flows are quite active in the Fahliyan Formation. Pipe sticking(drill string and casing string), mud losses and well kick had been encountered during drilling, with 168 days spent dealing with these drilling problems, aimed at reducing drilling cost and safe drilling. This well has a daily rate of production of 850 m3 when put into production after well completion.
