磁共振成像SPARCC评分在强直性脊柱炎中的临床应用

Clinical value of MRI SPARCC score in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者中磁共振SPARCC评分与Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数(BASDAI)评分、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及C反应蛋白(CRP)相关性,评估SPARCC评分在AS诊断、治疗和随访中的临床价值。方法选择66例AS患者,进行磁共振检测和SPARCC评分,同时调查和检测磁共振检测前1周BASDAI评分和外周血ESR和CRP水平,并分析它们之间的关系。结果 SPARCC评分与患者年龄无相关性(r=-0.15,P>0.05),与ESR、CRP以及BASDAI分值呈正相关性(r=0.81、0.76、0.74,P均<0.05)。结论磁共振能够反映AS的病理变化,与患者症状和血液炎症指标具有良好的相关性,可用于病情评估和随访。

Objective To study the correlation between the MRI SPARCC score with the bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index （BASDAI）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and C-reactive protein （CRP） in ankylosing spondylitis （AS） patients, and to estimate the clinical value of MRI SPARCC score in the early diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of AS. Methods A total of 66 confirmed cases were enrolled and accepted MRI and diagnostic assessment of SPARCC score, the BASDAI score and the highest ESR and CRP in the last week were recorded. Results There were no relationship between the SPARCC and the age（r=-0.15,P〈0.05）, there existed positive correlation between SPARCC and ESR, CRP and BASDAI score （r=0.81,0.76,0.74,P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusions MRI could reflect the early pathological changes of AS, and has good correlation with the symptoms and blood inflammation index; could be used in the early diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of AS.
