家族性地中海热1例报道及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 腹痛是临床极其常见的症状，也是患者就诊的常见原因之一。多数腹痛是由腹部疾病引起，但也可能是全身性疾病或腹外脏器受损引起，腹痛的原因常常多变而复杂，因此误诊率及漏诊率较高。本次研究的家族性地中海热（familial mediterranean fever， FMF）主要临床症状为腹痛伴发热，较易误诊，现将本例病例报道如下。
