摘要
目的 :探讨慢阻肺、肺心病患者白细胞与正常内皮细胞粘附特点。方法 :采用流室系统对正常人、慢阻肺、肺心病患者血白细胞与正常内皮细胞粘附特性进行研究。结果 :慢阻肺及肺心病患者组血白细胞粘附率较正常组明显增强 (P <0 0 5 ) ;肺心病组的白细胞粘附率较慢阻肺组亦有显著性增强 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :白细胞粘附作用的增强在慢阻肺、肺心病的发病过程中起了重要作用。
Objective:Study the adhesion characters between the leukocytes and the normal endothelium cells in the COPD and the Cor pulmonale patients.Methods:By flow chamber system,study the adhesion characters between the leukocytes and the normal endothelium cells respectively in normal,COPD and Cor pulmonale patients.Results:Leukocytes adhesion rates are significantly increased in the COPD group and the Cor pulmonale group than the normal one( P <0 05),and leukocyte adhesion rate in the Cor pulmonale group is much higher than the COPD group ( P <0 05).Conclusion:Increase of the adhesion between the leukocytes plays an important role in the pathogenesis of COPD and of Cor pulmonale.
