射频功率放大器与微带电路设计

摘要 功率放大器作为无线通信系统中核心部件,对于无线通信系统的通信质量有着突出的作用和影响,尤其是随着无线通信技术的发展以及移动通信用户数量的不断增加,进行功率放大器及其电路的设计研究,具有十分突出的作用意义和影响。本文将以射频功率放大器为例,在对于射频功率放大器的工作原理分析基础上,采用ADS软件进行射频功率放大器及其电路的设计分析,以促进射频功率放大器在无线通信领域中的推广应用。
