当代电视法制节目浅析——以《法制档案——小岛上的午夜惊魂》为例

A Brief Analysis of Contemporary TV Legal Programs——In light of “Archives of Legal System——Midnight Ghosts on Small Island”

我国的电视法制节目,从上世纪八十年代开始创办,到繁荣发展的今天,节目形态逐渐成熟,成为广大电视观众非常喜爱的节目类型之一,也获得了很高的收视率。本文通过阐述我国电视法制节目的发展历程,对其进行现状分析,展示出它在发展过程中取得的很多成绩,同时也发现它存在的一些问题。在此基础上,提出为了适应新的形势和变化,也为了适应电视观众不断变化的口味,电视法制节目应当不断探索新的发展趋势:培养创新意识,打造自身品牌;提高节目从业人员的综合素质;准确定位,提高节目质量;坚持人文精神,加强人文关怀;学习国内外先进经验,增强节目的互动性。相信经过不断探索、学习和改进,我国的电视法制节目必将迎来更将辉煌的未来,也将会成为推动我国的法制建设不断前进的力量。

Chinese TV legal programs,starting from the eighties of last century,has developed to a prosperous stage as the program format becoming mature. Those programs also become the popular program type among most teteviewers,and so far they gain its high audience rating.By describing the development of Chinese TV legal programs,this paper gives a status analysis,which not only shows the achievements it made in the development process,but also tries to expose some problems.On this basis,in order to adapt to the latest forms,the new changes and the changing tastes of the TV audience, Chinese TV legal programs should continue to explore the new trends：cultivating the sense of innovation and building up its own brand,improving the comprehensive quality of employee, positioning accurately and ensuring the quality of programs,adhering to the human spirit and strengthening the humane care, learning advanced experience and enhancing the interactivity of the program. With continuous exploration, learning and improvement, we have faith in that Chinese TV legal programs will usher in a more brilliant future,and it will also promote the further development of the construction of Chinese legal system.
