This paper analyzes the training modes and existing problems in the current cultivation for high- skilled workers. Based on the position and performance of the PVTC, the author explains that the center serves as an excellent solution to high-skilled workers＇ training, and an assessment to evaluate workers. It is an innovation to promote the management of high-skilled workers.
