摘要 基层女干部职业倦怠一直是困扰政府工作并亟待解决的难题。以青州市女性干部为调查对象,对基层女干部情绪耗竭、玩世不恭和成就感降低三个维度进行调查,结合深度访谈分析其职业倦怠的主要成因,并提出预防和缓解职业倦怠的有效对策,对解决基层女干部职业倦怠问题具有重要的理论和实践价值。 The occupational burnout of the grass - roots women cadres has always been a big challenge for government. This thesis takes the grass - roots women cadres in Qingzhou as examples to introduce their performance in the 3 degrees based on the Maslach Theory and to comprehensively analyze their occupation burnout from the individual factor, organizational factor and social factor. It also puts forward several coping tactics based on the individual - circumstance matching theory in many aspects, such as self learning, mental health, skill training, social supervision, selection mechanism, organizational assessment and so on.
