摘要
危险性可操作研究 (HAZOP)作为一种评价过程安全和可操作性的成功的系统研究方法 ,在化工、石油、食品、医药等过程行业得到普遍认可和广泛应用。随着计算机技术的应用和研究方法的深入 ,它在自身得到发展和完善的同时 ,还在清洁生产中得到尝试性应用。本文结合危险性可操作研究的方法原理 ,分析了该方法应用于清洁生产的潜在效益和可行性 ,提出将HAZOP应用于清洁生产的“三步”研究策略 ,并在此基础上探讨了具体研究过程中可能出现的问题和解决方法。
As a successful systematical technique for identifying and assessing process safety and operability, HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) has been generally accepted and widely implemented in chemical, petroleum, food and pharmaceutical industries. Alongside with probe deeply into the research of computer technique and its application method, HAZOP has a try using in cleaner production based on its development and improvement. When using it in cleaner production its potential benefit and feasibility was analyzed based on the principle of HAZOP. The feasibility of applying HAZOP in cleaner production was discussed and a three-step method was promoted by the way of organizing a research team and collecting process data and modifying HAZOP guide words. Some questions and resolving strategy is also outlined.
