摘要
研究了茶多酚乙醇水溶液提取过程中各因素对提取率的影响 ,确定最优工艺条件为 :乙醇质量分数 50 % ,溶剂用量 7ml/g,提取温度 60℃ ,提取时间 35min。通过冷、热模放大实验得出 ,茶多酚提取为内扩散过程 ,按临界悬浮转速放大是比较理想的放大方法。
The effects of different factors on the extraction of tea-polyphenols were studied by using mixed solvent composed of alcohol and water. The optimal conditions were mass percentage of alcohol 50%, solvent 7 ml/g, extracting temperature 60°C, and extracting time 35 min. The results show that the process is controlled by interior diffusion and critical suspension speed is an ideal magnification method.
