Zero inventory as a typical financial managing concept and tool used in college teaching material management is an innovation.It is of vital significance to the economic benifits,rational use of resources and reducing education cost of the college.According to the problems existing in current teaching material management like outdated softeware,long-term overstock,some effec-tive ways are put forward to realize zero inventory.
