Financial risk is an important issue which modern enterprises are faced with.It＇s essen-tial for them to set up effective risk control system so as to obtain their competitive advantages and sustainable development.Taking construction companies as an example,the main problems of financial risks,the reason from the perspectives of financing,investment,fund management and risk control are analyzed and the countermeasures of enhancing the financial risk control of construction enterprises are also proposed.
