摘要 基于对农林经济管理专业学生就业意愿、就业能力及对专业教学认识的调查,发现当前农经专业学生就业方向多样、就业态度积极、薪酬期望客观,但存在就业能力低、就业素质不高、职业规划认知模糊、非正规就业意愿低等问题,据此提出细分人才培养方向、增加实践教学比重、完善就业指导、提升就业能力与职业素养等思路改进农林经济管理人才培养方式,提升毕业生竞争力与就业率。 Based on the survey of employment willingness, capability, and opinions of teaching of senior students of agricultural and forestry economy management major in GAU, it is found that there are widely employment fields, positively employment attitude, objectively salary expectation of respondents. However, there exist problems such as low employment capabilities, low employment quality, vague career planning and low willingness to irregular employment. Thus, in order to enhance competitiveness of graduates and rate of employment, it is necessary to segment the orientation of talents training, increase the share of practical teaching, improve employment guidance and promoting capability and quality of employment.
