This paper mainly introduces the advantage of case RS-685 network of ICP DAS in industrial control, and the characteristics of data acquisition system and application case analysis based on RS--485 bus. Based on RS- 485 bus, ICP DAS＇ s remote data acquisition control system schemes is plentiful It provides the users with wide selection. Most of the new environment-friendly refrigerants are flammability natural-occurring substance. Thus, it has the dangerousness of flammable and combustible in the period of industrialization application. Combined with the cases, this paper introduces the application of data acquisition control technology in flammable refrigerant leak detection alarm system based on RS-485 bus.
