The research of regional economic development and environmental performance evaluation based on DEA

针对经济发展对环境造成的影响,以G20成员为研究对象,将二氧化碳排放量作为非意愿产出,利用DEA方法分析2010年至2012年的效率变化,找出影响二氧化碳排放的要素,探讨各经济体的经济发展与环境绩效关系,利用差额变数分析相对无效率国家的改善方向,进一步讨论规模报酬情况,通过敏感度分析探讨各变量对效率值的影响。

For the impact of economic development on the environment, use G20 members as research subjects, as the carbon dioxide emissions of unwanted output, use DEA to analyze change of efficiency from 2008 to 2010, find out the elements which affect emission of carbon dioxide, investigate the relationship between economic development and environmental performance of each economies, use relatively inefficient slack variable analysis to improve the countries which inefficiency, discuss case of returns to scale further, investigate the effect of each variable on the efficiency values by sensitivity analysis.
