急诊胃镜下药物注射与药物喷洒在非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治疗中的效果观察

Comparison of the Effect Between Drugs Injection and Drug Spraying under Emergency Gastroscope in the Treatment of Nonvariceal Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的基于"以人文本"医学理念,探索非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治疗中,经急诊胃镜下采用药物注射与药物喷洒治疗两种方法的治疗效果。方法使用随机平行对照方法,将58例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组,对照组29例行急诊胃镜下行去甲肾上腺素喷洒治疗,观察组29例行经急诊胃镜下行药物注射治疗,观察两种治疗方法患者止血情况、不良反应、血红蛋白水平。结果采用经急诊胃镜下行药物注射治疗的止血效果比药物喷洒治疗效果更佳;对照组不良反应发生率为31.03%,观察组不良反应发生率为10.34%;两种治疗方法在血红蛋白水平改善中均明显效果,但经急诊胃镜下行药物注射治疗的改善效果更加明显。结论坚持"以人为本"观念的引导,探讨急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治疗成为重点课题,而经急诊胃镜下采用药物注射其效果更佳,且安全性非常高,是急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治疗的重要方法。

Objective To compare the curative effect between drug injection and drug spraying under emergency gastroscope in the treatment of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage based on the ＆quot;people-oriented＆quot; medical concept. Methods Using ran-dom parallel control method, 58 cases of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups by dice method, 29 cases in the control group were given norepinephrine spraying treatment under routine emergency gastroscope, and 29 cases in the observation group were given drug injection treatment under emergency gastroscope. The hemostatic situation, ad-verse reactions, hemoglobin level of these two groups of patients were observed. Results The hemostatic effect of drug injection treatment under emergency gastroscope was better than that of norepinephrine spraying treatment under emergency gastroscope;the incidence of the control group was 31.03%, while that of the observation group was 10.34%;both methods could improve the hemoglobin level significantly, but the effect of drug injection treatment under emergency gastroscope was better. Conclusion Ad-hering to the guidance of ＆quot;people-oriented＆quot; concept, exploring the treatment of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has become a key topic; the treatment effect of drug injection under emergency gastroscope is better, the safety is higher, it is an im-portant method for the treatment of acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
