硬质聚氯乙烯低发泡板材填充改性研究

Filling Modification of Low-Ratio Foamed Unplastized Poly(vinyl chloride) Boards

着重讨论了填充剂用量对硬质聚氯乙烯低发泡板材加工性能、力学性能与生产成本的影响。小试和生产实践表明 ,填充剂的用量增加 ,不仅使板材的成本明显下降 ,其他性能 ,尤其是使用性能得到较大改善。另外 ,还介绍了生产中的一些细节问题 ,并根据板材的不同用途 ,针对改性的不同需要 ,提出了相应的解决办法。

Influences of filler content on processability, mechanical properties and cost of low-ratio foamed unplastized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) board were discussed. Trials and production showed that increasing the content of filler could not only lower the cost, but also improve other properties, especially mechanical properties of the boards. Some problems in processing and measures to be taken were also introduced.
