摘要
利用二甲基二苯基丁烷 (DMDPB)作为阻燃增效协同剂与十溴联苯醚在聚丙烯上作了阻燃试验 ,聚丙烯的防火级别可达FV 0 ;利用DMDPB作为接枝催化剂 ,在聚丙烯上作了接枝马来酸酐的试验 ,马来酸酐的含量达到2 37% ;利用DMDPB作为交联引发剂 ,用聚乙烯进行了紫外交联试验 ,交联度达到 36 9%。
As a flame refardant synergist 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-diphenylbutane (DMDPB) was blended with decabromodiphenyl oxide and polypropylene (PP). Fireproofing level of PP reached FV-0. Using DMDPB as a grafting catalyst to graft maleic anhydride (MAH) onto polypropylene, grafting ratio of MAH could reach 2.37 %. Crosslinked polyethylene was prepared by using DMDPB as crosslinking initiator and irradiated by ultraviolet lamps, the crosslinking ratio could reach 36.9 %.
