低聚壳聚糖预处理棉织物的染色性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以壳聚糖为原料,双氧水为氧化剂,醋酸水溶液为介质制备水溶性低聚壳聚糖;以环氧氯丙烷作交联剂,用壳聚糖溶液对棉织物进行预处理,并用活性艳红X-3B对其染色.经试验对比确立了低聚壳聚糖水溶液处理棉织物的优势,并探讨了低聚壳聚糖和环氧氯丙烷质量浓度对预处理棉织物活性染料染色效果的影响.结果表明:低聚壳聚糖2 g·L-1、环氧氯丙烷3 g·L-1时,预处理棉织物的上染百分率、固色率、K/S值和断裂强力均有明显提高,并且适合低盐染色,有较好的耐洗色牢度. Water-soluble low-molecular weight chitosan was prepared in aqueous acetic acid with chitosan as raw material and with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. Cotton fabrics were treated with chitosan solution in the presence of epicholorohydrin as crosslinkers and dyed with reactive brilliant red X-3 B. The advantage of finishing treatment on cotton fabric with low-molecular weight chitosan solution was confirmed by contrast test. The influences of mass concentration of low-molecular weight chitosan and epichlorohydrin on reactive dyeing effects was discussed. The results showed that when the cotton fabrics was treated under conditions of low-molecular weight chitosan as 2 g · L^-1 and epichlorohydrin as 3 g · L^-1, the dye uptake, fixing rate, K/S values and fabric breaking strength of the pretreatment cotton fabrics were significantly improved, and was suitable for low salt dyed, and showed good washing fastness.
