摘要
将十二酸、十四酸、十六酸、十八酸分别与二氯亚砜作用得到4种酰氯,再与乙二醇二苯醚经Friedal-Crafts酰基化反应得到双酰基乙二醇二苯醚,再用氯磺酸经磺化反应得到双酰基乙二醇二苯醚磺酸,用氢氧化钠中和后得到4种新型磺酸盐Gemini表面活性剂.借助红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对所合成的化合物结构进行了表征.并测试了其Krafft点、油/水界面张力、泡沫性能、乳化性能,性能良好.进一步讨论不同化合物结构与性能的关系,实验结果表明随着碳链长度的增加,表面活性减弱.
Four kinds of acyl chloride were obtained by the chemical action of 12 to 18 carbon carboxylic acid and thionyl chloride, respeclively. And the ethylene glycol diphenyl ether was acylated by them under the Friedal-Craft acylation condition. The obtained acylated products were further sulfonated by chlorosulfonic acid, then neutralized with aqueous sodium hydroxide. The structures of the target compounds were identified by IR and 1HNMR. Their higher surface activity were showed by the Krafft temperature, interface tension, foaming and emulsifying measurement. In addition, the relation of structures and performances of different compounds was discussed. The result notes that the Surface Activities of them decrease with the increasing of the carbon number of hydrocarbon chain.
